This is the Hubble eXtreme Deep Field which is but a tiny portion of the night sky. A full Moon spans an area of sky just one-half the width of a finger held at arm's length. The XDF encompasses a fraction of that area! Look at all those galaxies, each containing billions of stars, and say it was all created for us by a pissy deity who doesn't like women to wear men's clothing or mix linen and wool. That makes no sense whatsoever.
